Please be sure to follow our policies for booking services at CURVACEOUS MED SPA.

BOOKING

All bookings must have either a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve appointments or a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts will vary based upon the type of appointment booked. All bookings are taken on a 3rd party site hosted through Vagaro Scheduling. Deposits will be processed on that site at the time of booking however final payments can be made after the service is performed to the staff directly in whichever method you prefer. Deposits are non-refundable.

NO SHOW POLICY

After 1 no show, you will be required to pay full amount of service during booking. A grace period of 10 minutes is allotted please call if you are going to be late, to be accommodated there there is a $10 late fee. There is a same day cancellation or reschedule fee of $10. The no show fee is $10 (unless you have spoke with the Staff directly).

LIABILITY

Please inform your Spa provider of any skin condition, allergies, skin sensitivity, or medical conditions. We can not be liable for reactions, break outs or any adverse reaction if we are not notified of any conditions or medications that the client may have or be on.

PHOTO RELEASE

If you agree to your body images or face images being used on social media for marketing purposes, we will ask for you to sign a waiver of consent and we will show you the images for approval.

PRIVACY

Curvaceous Med Spa will receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet e-mail address; phone number; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, pages interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
